Data Recovery of Large Prehistoric Site in Northern California
FCS is currently assisting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) with the data recovery of a large site in Northern California. FCS’s Dana DePietro, PhD, as Principal Investigator, is implementing the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Historic Property Treatment Plan (HPTP) for the project, which was determined to have an adverse effect on the prehistoric site.

FCS prepared the City Village (Bishop Ranch 6) Project Addendum to the North Camino Ramon Specific Plan EIR and supporting technical documents to determine whether and to what extent the EIR sufficiently addresses the potential impacts of the proposed project.
Scannell Properties Logisitcs Warehouse Project EIR
FCS prepared the EIR, Cultural Resource Assessment, and Noise Study for the Scannell Properties Project in the Bay Area. This innovative project has laid the groundwork for future logistics projects, through its proactive commitment to the use of electric vehicles and a scheduled transition to a zero-emission fleet.
The Kelsey Ayer Station Project Initial Study and Senate Bill 35 Ministerial Approval
FCS prepared an Initial Study and supporting technical documentation, including a Historic Resources Assessment, for The Kelsey Ayer Station project, a multi-family residential project in downtown San José.
10x Genomics Development Project
FCS recently prepared an IS/MND and supporting technical analysis for the multi-phased 10x Genomics Development Project, which proposed to redevelop a portion of the Stoneridge Mall site for commercial and office uses, research and development (R&D), light laboratory manufacturing, and a parking structure.
