Oakmont of Evergreen Assisted Living Facility Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program

FCS provided technical monitoring and survey services to satisfy the requirements of Oakmont of Evergreen Project’s Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP). FCS initially provided technical services and secured the CEQA clearance for this project; the client subsequently requested that we provide technical monitoring and survey services during the construction phase of the project.

The IS/MND that FCS prepared for the Oakmont of Evergreen Assisted Living Facility concluded that the implementation of the project could result in significant effects on the environment, and mitigation measures addressing project impacts on air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, and noise/vibration were required as a condition of project approval. In support of the MMRP requirements, FCS prepared a letter verifying that the construction equipment met the standards set forth in the MMRP; conducted pre-construction nesting bird surveys and prepared a survey report; provided paleontological sensitivity training and paleontological monitoring services; and oversaw the completion of pre- and post-project crack surveys of the relocated Smith House structure and the residential building located at 3600 San Felipe Road. FCS also prepared a Construction Vibration Monitoring Plan and provided vibration monitoring services for the project.
