Kelly Evans

Kelly has more than 5 years of experience in wildlife ecology and biological research. She is a Certified ISA Arborist with extensive experience in tree inventories and arborist reports, along with additional training as a Plant Health Care Technician. Kelly has experience with the Endangered Species Act and California Endangered Species Act permitting and regulatory processes. She specializes in special-status species surveying and monitoring, as well as tree surveys, technical tree care, disease assessment, preservation, removals, and regulatory compliance.
