Kelly Evans
Kelly has more than 5+ years of experience in wildlife ecology and biological research. She is a Certified ISA Arborist with extensive experience in Tree Inventory and Arborist Reports, with additional training as a Plant Health Care Technician. Kelly has experience in Endangered Species Act and California Endangered Species Act permitting and regulatory processes. Kelly specializes in special-status species surveying, monitoring, and arboriculture practices.
