Tsui Li, MURP, has more than 8 years of experience in environmental review and air quality analysis that comply with CEQA and NEPA regulations. She is proficient in the provisions of CEQA and other related State regulations and has actively managed the preparation of CEQA documents for residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail, transportation, and industrial projects. In addition, Ms. Li performs air quality and GHG emissions analyses to support CEQA documents using a wide range of models and has extensive knowledge of various quantification methods.
