Tiana Vernon

Tiana Vernon is a Sustainability Analyst who joined the Environmental, Social and Governance team in August 2020. She works primarily on GHG inventories, as well as CDP consulting services, and CSR reports. She earned her B.S. in Environmental Science from California Lutheran University in 2016, and later went on to earn her M.S. in Environmental Biology from CSU Los Angeles in 2020.

Tiana has a wide variety of experiences in the environmental field. While attending Cal Lu, she spearheaded a project to bring composting, vermiculture and other sustainable practices to the campus garden. She has worked in education, both as a middle school science teacher and sustainability pioneer. Most recently, Tiana interned with the Climate Registry and worked on thought leadership development for GHG reporting. She is a vocal climate advocate and hopes that her work both personal and professional will help create a more just, sustainable future.
