With 14+ years of experience in air regulation and environmental consulting, Jackie brings deep expertise in entitlement support, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Jackie supports projects from early feasibility through approvals and long-term compliance, helping teams navigate various regulations, requirements, and agency coordination efficiently and defensibly. Her specialties include due diligence and site selection, CEQA/NEPA compliance, regulatory permitting, air permitting strategies, regulatory applicability assessments, air dispersion modeling, and ongoing compliance management, project management, and reporting. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and leverages her public-sector background to provide strategic, actionable insights for complex projects.
