With 12+ years of experience in air regulation and environmental consulting, Jackie brings deep expertise in air quality planning and analysis, permitting, and regulatory compliance. Jackie specializes in air quality and GHG analysis for CEQA/NEPA compliance, as well as air permitting by delivering strategic solutions that help clients meet regulatory requirements. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and leverages her public-sector background to provide strategic, actionable insights for complex projects. Jackie’s work spans air quality and GHG modeling, mitigation strategies, and ESG integration.
